Notes and accounts

Notes created without signing in stay on your device. When you sign in, this device’s notes and recordings join your account and sync automatically with our servers. We process your email, name, email verification information and login sessions. IP addresses and device information may be processed for login security.

AI summaries and transcription

With your consent to online AI, notes you enter or edit are automatically organized and categorized, and audio is transcribed. The relevant notes, context or audio are sent to OpenAI or Google Vertex AI. Provider processing and retention policies apply. You can withdraw consent in Settings.

Service providers

We use Vercel for the web and API, Supabase for the database, and Cloudflare for file storage and background processing. If you turn on notifications, device tokens and delivery information are processed through Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service. Depending on where our server providers operate, processing may take place outside your country.

Notifications and choices

Notifications are optional and can be turned off in Settings. Note content is not included in completion notifications. We do not use ad tracking or advertising identifiers for the app’s core note-taking features. You can withdraw consent for online AI in Settings.

Storage and deletion

Device notes are removed when you delete them in the app or clear the app’s data. Permanently deleting a cloud note deletes the related note and files. Transcription files in process are cleaned up after the task ends. Security logs and backups kept by service providers may remain according to each provider’s retention period. Please send requests to delete your account and related server data to the contact below.
